By accessing or using DroneSkycast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

DroneSkycast provides weather data, flight condition assessments, and AI-generated flight briefings for unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) pilots. All information is provided for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DroneSkycast and its operators are not responsible for:

• Flight incidents, accidents, property damage, or personal injury arising from drone operations
• Regulatory violations, fines, or legal consequences resulting from your drone flights
• Inaccuracies in weather data provided by third-party APIs
• Service interruptions, data loss, or errors in the scoring algorithm or AI briefings

Weather data is provided "as-is" from third-party providers. Always use your own judgement and consult official aviation authorities (FAA, CAA, etc.) before flying.

DroneSkycast offers a free tier and paid Pro/Commercial subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize DroneSkycast to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automated-bulk-access the Service beyond normal use
• Abuse the free tier with automated scripts or shared accounts
• Use the Service to plan or assist with illegal drone operations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's underlying systems
• Share account credentials with others or resell access to the Service

DroneSkycast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

The DroneSkycast application, scoring algorithm, AI briefing system, user interface, and all associated content are proprietary to DroneSkycast. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Flight check results and briefings generated for your account are yours to use for your own flight planning purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
